DMC Cycles is a Kilcoy based workshop working on Harley-Davidson and American V-twins. Three kinds of work come through the shop.
Engine and transmission rebuilds
Full rebuilds on Harley engines and transmissions. Everything is measured against factory spec, worn parts are replaced with correct year-specific parts, and it goes back together properly. This is the core of what we do.
Repairs and fittings
Exhaust and sissy bar fitting, wiring, small repairs, and removal and refitting of parts for paint. If you need something done to your bike and it is not a full teardown, this is where it fits.
Full builds
Ground-up frisco-style builds on Sportster and Big Twin platforms. A stock donor bike stripped back to the frame and built into something with a proper stance. These are documented from start to finish.
